This book has a simple goal of helping you reach the top 10% of your profession. I read this book before my first sales job and it allowed me to have a lot of success because it taught me to focus on the essential parts of the job and focus primarily on the things that I could control each day. I love this book because it is "old school" but all the principles can still be applied today.
